These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the zz22 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By browsing the zz22 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

zz22 may request identity verification from a member at any time. As part of this process, copies of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or other official documents may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If any pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into your zz22 account:

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited quickly, but please contact support if you experience any technical delays.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payment of any applicable taxes or duties is the member's own responsibility. zz22 bears no liability in this regard.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. However, even if you deposit ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met — applied to the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member is eligible to receive a bonus from a specific promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — not until the wagering requirements have been met.
• zz22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• All account details must be accurate in order to receive a bonus.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

Regularly active members may become part of the zz22 VIP program. VIP tier advancement is based on a member's activity on the platform:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited according to the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz22 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to forfeiture of the balance:

• Allowing minors (under 21) to create or use an account.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Placing fraudulent bets or coordinated betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gaming system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Intimidating or harassing other members.

6.1 Service Interruptions

zz22 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues, or causes beyond our control. The platform will not be held liable for any financial losses arising from such circumstances.

6.2 Gaming Losses
